1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern wholesale purchases from Purrrfect Packs LLC (“we”, “us”) through this website. By registering a wholesale account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Wholesale accounts

Purchases are available to approved business customers only. We review each application and may approve, decline or suspend an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all orders placed under your account.

3. Orders and pricing

All products are sold by the case; the quantities and prices shown at checkout are per case. Prices, discounts and product availability may change without notice; the price in effect at the time of order confirmation applies. A minimum order value may apply and is shown in the cart. We may cancel any order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error, with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Payment

We accept card payment at checkout and, for approved accounts, payment by invoice on net terms within an agreed credit limit. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may suspend invoice terms or require prepayment for overdue accounts.

5. Delivery

We deliver to businesses in New York and New Jersey; free local delivery may apply above the threshold shown in the cart. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect each delivery on receipt.

6. Returns and claims

Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible. As food products, items in sound condition are not returnable. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or credit at our option.

7. Product information

Product, ingredient and allergen information is provided by the manufacturers. Always check the label on the product itself before resale.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Kings County, New York.
